  We happily lived here for two years.
  
  The pros:
  -The townhome apartment is spacious and has modern appliances.
  -It's a good commute to DC and the Pentagon.
  -For parents, it feeds into a nice elementary school.
  -Really nice gym in the clubhouse.
  -Maintenance has been very responsive
  -They modified the less termination clause to reduce the penalty to closer you get to the lease end date. That helped us out alot.
  
  The cons:
  -It is not really walkable to any shopping or restaurants.
  -There's some less nice neighborhoods nearby. I've had some things stolen from my porch.
  -People pretty regularly don't pick up dog poop. I tried to keep an eye out, but still stepped in it a few times.
  -People drive through the neighborhood like it's a racetrack and the buses can be loud.
  
  I'm still giving it four stars because my complaints are just part of "city living," and we enjoyed out time there.
