  Moriarty group was extremely unprofessional, vindictive, and failed to take on tasks required by the construction manager. The manager did not act in the best interest of the client and continually would construct riffs between the GC and the client. He constantly would provide advice to the client that was not in the interest of the client or the success of the project. They failed to act on change orders, sometimes for months and furthermore would not honor the change orders with payment. The manager advised the client in some cases not to pay anything at all on contracts causing eventual litigation. Moreover, he instructed the client not to pay the GC at all leading to the GC withdrawal from the project. Furthermore, this was a direct breach of the contract, a document that Moriarty themselves authored and purposely had the owner violate it. These tactics are the reasons for forthcoming litigation between the GC, Moriarty and the owner.
